Since the2008"Sanlu infant milk powder incident, China has sped up the pace ofthe dairy industry. The phenomenon of Family breeding individual has almostdisappeared, followed by dairy community concentrated feeding mode. This modelcarries out large-scale farming, to a certain degree, which controls of the safety of rawmilk. However the large-scale economic benefit of cows has not really approached,the dairy farmers have not get more benefits from it. To some degree, there is a greatrisk in epidemic prevention and control, various problems and contradictions havebecome increasingly prominent in dairy farming district. As one of the main breedingmodel dairy farming area of the development of China’s dairy industry, how todevelop in the next step is the key of safety, high efficiency, environmental protectionand sustainable development to the dairy industry, which needs further discussion andresearch. The paper is based on the integration critical period of the currentdevelopment of dairy industry in China. Competitive potential of dairy communityjoint-stock breeding mode, the potential advantages of joint-stock breeding mode,difficulties and bottlenecks in the standardization of dairy farming communityencountered during development as the breakthrough point, study on the breeding ofdairy farming community, selection model for the development of dairy farming areanext step and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter describes from a macropoint of view that since the changes of the rural urbanization and life-style, the milkproducts will increase largely in quality and quantity. These changes have deeplyinfluenced on the development of China’s dairy industry, which points out that thereare huge potential opportunities in China’s dairy industry. Meanwhile this chapter alsodescribes four stages of the development of dairy farming in our country and pointsout the concrete stage of the dairy community in our country. The fishbone chartanalyses the current problems in dairy farming community of our country. It alsoclearly states the significance of this paper, the ideas and methods of this research.The second chapter describes the joint-stock breeding patterns in nature, the purposeand the current development situation. It points out the specific conditions toimplement joint-stock breeding pattern. In addition, it states detailed from the stockculture mode of operation, the scale of production, the use of new technologies andeconomic aspects related. It points out that stock breeding pattern is consistent withthe stage of development of dairy farming. The third chapter mainly elaborates how topromote joint-stock breeding mode under the guide of the government. It contains theselection and training of the stock culture popularization personnel, the selection ofthe pilot cell and the improvement of the pasture management, the system of theinformation feedback and how to guide it in order. The fourth chapter focuses on howthe joint-stock breeding mode of dairy cattle improves the business performance. Itanalyses the factors that influence the stock breeding performance and theorganization system and the risk management of breeding. The fifth chapter focuseson other factors of joint-stock breeding. The factors contain the public management ofthe joint-stock breeding and the selection of technical training institutions.
