Since the seventy’s of last century, China’s elevator industry after more than fortyyears of development, has developed from scratch, from small to big, the strength ofenterprises, technology, management and marketing tools to significantly improve.With the continuous development of the elevator, elevator industry market is saturated,the elevator field marketing war is becoming increasingly fierce. For Schindlercompanies, with product technology and management level, the company strategy alittle tired, can not keep up with the times. In the face of homogeneous increasinglyfierce competition in the Chinese elevator market, how can make enterprises remaininvincible in every round of the competition, how to according to its owncharacteristics development of enterprise future development space, the formulationand implementation of the development strategy of their own characteristic, industryat the company level, is the key for success in the competition even.This paper briefly introduces the history and present situation of Schindlercompany, to study the management of knowledge, combined with the actual situationof Schindler Elevator Company in China development, has conducted the thoroughresearch to the company’s future development strategy. In the course of the study, theintegrated use of PEST analysis, SWOT strategy analysis tools such as Schindler,analyzes the company’s external environment and internal resources situation.Research shows that: Schindler currently should choose the differentiationstrategy, and in the next few years when conditions will be added in the total costleading strategy. At present, enterprises by strengthening the technical developmentand upgrading, continue to provide on-site technical support and efficient service forcustomers, be able to maintain a leading competitive position of enterprises. Inaddition, through analysis we suggest Schindler company needs in product andtechnology R&D, business process reengineering, perfect management system,optimization of development, human resources construction, brand image and thehousing enterprises continue to improve and enhance strategic cooperation. In thisstudy, for Schindler management for company strategy as a reference.
