Then this article detailed relevant research literature of the formerscholars on Disclosure of Environmental Information and business performance. Basedon environmental information disclosure quality affects financial performance analysis,and then build an empirical model on the corresponding relationship. This articleselects the coal and power industries listed companies as samples. And then statisticsout of the company’s environmental information disclosure quality through the annual financial report of listed companies in the environmental protection informationcollection, and analyzed the present situation and problems of environmentalinformation disclosure of listed companies. This article adopted the performanceindicators to be explained variable, environmental information disclosure index asexplained variable, a multiple regression model to test the relationship between theenvironment information’s disclosure and corporate economic performance. Accordingto the conclusions, the article presents the relevant recommendations to strengthenenvironmental management and to improve economic performance.
