The Study Of The Impact Of The Network’s Dynamic Capabilities To The Competitiveness Of SME Clusters

Advantages of SME1clusters have been fully affirmed on the development of Chineseeconomic, have made significant contributions to the development of Chinese economic.However,the global economic situation has great changs in newcentury,Chiness SMEs will facemore complex encironmrnt. Since the2008,many small and medium enterprise had operationaldifficult,have been closed down.This situation is very obvious among small and mediumenterprises in Zhejiang province,which is not only conductive to the development of localindustrial clusters,but also hindered the development of local economy.In view of this,with theimpact of the evironment of external economies,how to enhance the competitiveness of SMEcluster and promote the development of SMEs is the current critical research for SME. As the innercore of the cluster, enterprise network structure has become one of the measures of industrialclusters’development. Therefore, studying the structure of enterprise network effects on thecompetitiveness of SME clusters has a high theoretical and practical significance.This thesis base on the review of the related research about thenetwork structure andtheIndustry Cluster,with the help of the theory and analysis tools about Resource-BasedView,Social Network Theory, industrial location theory and so on,study the network dynamiccapabilities for the competitiveness of the SME clusters with the qualitative and quantitativeanalysis.At first,in the qualitative analysis,this paper not only detailed analysis the status quo ofthe network structure and dynamic capabilities of SMEs cluster,but also study the three aspect ofthe dynamic capabilitier for the competitiveness of the SME clusters,it is mean that how ResourceAequisition Capabilities,Resource Configuration Capabilitie and Resource innovation impact thecompetitiveness of the SME clusters.The second,in the quantitative analysis,this paper gainedrelevant data from2000to2012about the indicators of the network dynamic capabilities and thecompetitive advantages of textile industry in Zhejiang Province throngh Statistie yearbooks.Thestudy test the related hypothesis and the theoretieal model by using SPSS16.0.Through the qualitative and quantitative analysis,we draw the following conclusions:(1)The SME cluster has complex network structure,which is not aggreate of the SMEs and the supportedinstitutions,is the big net based the chain between the SMEs and the supported institutions.(2)Thedevelopment of SME clusters’competitivecadvantage is a process based on the Accumulation ofinier-firm networks’dynamic capabalities.Resource Aequisition Capabilities enhance theefficiency, the effectiveness and the concentration Rate of the SME clusters. ResourceConfiguration Capabilitie enhancethe effectiveness and the concentration rate of the SMEclusters,but its influence abouthow to improve the efficiency of the SME clusters is not significant.Resource innovation only enhance the effectiveness of the SME clusters.All of these in acombination of SME cluster’competitive advantage.
