Multinational corporations, as the product of the international division of labor, is thedevelopmental direction of the modern enterprise, and research on its management are there,including incentive problem has become one of the key areas of the research. At present,with the implementation of the diversified and differentiated strategy of multinationalcorporations, drastic changes also have taken place in its management structure, governancestructure and ownership structure. In the process of this change, many multinationalcorporations’ incentive mechanism ignore the structure and diversity of incentive groups,apply the same incentives on everyone, and disadvantages that incentives lacking pertinenceand incentive system lack of systematization are gradually revealed, lacking incentives forspecific needs of the employees. Based on this, this article put the multinationalcorporations’ employee incentive as the research direction, and introduce the concept andtheory of human incentive from the beginning, then analyze the development of incentivetheory, which in turn lead to multinational corporations’ incentive problem. Taking thetypical case of the specific multinationals-MS multinational company as a case, through thestudy of incentive practice of it, tease out its incentive principles and incentive method, setup incentive framework that suitable for MS multinational company employees, find out thesecurity measures of MS multinational company employees incentive mechanism. To thisend, this paper tries to explore and improve the existing incentive mode, to diagnoseand analyze feasibility and scientific of MS multinational company’ incentive system, toexplore a new perspective for multinational corporations incentive research, and to providedetailed theoretical exploration and scientific practice guidance for the development andutilization of human resources of multinational companies.
