The economic thought of He Bingxian is an important partof Modern economic thought,his academic thinking mainlyconcentrated in The period of the Republic of China,especiallybefore the Anti-Japanese War. he was to the period of therepublic of the development of foreign trade, controlledeconomy and the problems of The U.S. economic recovery etcfurther research and have made great achievements. but atpresent about He Bingxian economic thoughts have not beenacademia enough attention,because of he’s special politicalstatus. It is an important theoretical significance andpractical significance for us to further promote the reform ofChina’s market economy process and address the internationalfinancial crisis.This paper systematically explains He Bingxian’s maineconomic ideas. Starting with the life of He Bingxian,It makesa brief summary of his political journey and academic course.He Bingxian concludes that the basic reason why China’s foreigntrade didn’t develop well in modern times was the passivetrade,and suggests some measures related to such aspects as“enlarging the scale of the export”、“tariff policies ofmoderate protecting” and “developing China by relying on both industry and agriculture” should be adopted to developforeign trade.by giving a precise definition of controlledeconomy, He Bingxian expresses the essence of controlledeconomy,and introduces its six main forms.With making deepanalysis on the causes of the U. S. recession, He introducesand evaluates the measures of The American Recovery. The lastis a summary and appraisal of He Bingxian’s economic thought.based on summarizing He Bingxian ’s economic thought,Thisarticle reviews the characteristics of some of his economicthought,and tries to comprehensively discusses his economicthought.
