Study On The New Three Board Listed Company’s Growth Of Our Country

National Equities Exchange and Quotations officially running at January1,2013, marking China’s OTC market construction enter a new stage. The New Three Board Market is another national trading place following the Mother Board Market and the Growth Enterprises Market. The difference between them is that the former is an exchange traded market and the latter is an OTC market. But they are both an importantcomponent of the Multilayer Capital Market. Majority of the New Three Board Market listed companies are SMEs with high technology, small but strong growth prospects. Exploration of these growths not only provides the basis for optimizing the OTCmarket, but also provides recommendations to expand the room for growth by usingcapital market.In this paper, the research objects are the New Three Board listed companies. We select94sample companies to take an empirical study, rank its growth to specifically analysis. Firstly, this paper describes the research background and research purposes, defines the study subjects. Then it summaries the different growth theory, reviews thedomestic and foreign business growth research literature; Thirdly, according to the Three New Board listed company’s situation it constructs growth evaluation index system; Fourth, we use SPSS software for a simple correlation analysis, and select highlyrelevant indicators variables using factor analysis method for an empirical study; Finally, according to the sample companies score ranking it carries out a detailed analysis, and puts forward some relevant policy recommendations.This paper learns researches of the scholars about company’s growth of the Main Board and GEM. Combined with the actual situation of the New Three Board Market,we get conclusions that the growth of listed companies is related to the industry, financial structure, corporate governance and other factors. According to research, the paper proposes policy proposals on how to improve the Three New Board listed company’s growth. We hope that these proposals can provide a reference about market improvement and development of the listed companies.
