By using ERP system,standardized project implementation and business process reengineering to improveM company inventory management.In addition, this thesis also through applying Potter’s five forces, SWOT analysisto improve inventory programs. And in the end writes significant effect of Mcompany inventory management improvement in information sharing, cost control,inventory queries made.
