Research On The Technology Spillover Of China International Service Outsourcing

At present, the new round of international industrial transfer with service-based led to thedevelopment of world trade in services, outsourcing of services as the main form of trade inservices,are also increasingly flourished. The rapid development of the international serviceoutsourcing has brought new opportunities for the economies development of the developingcountries, various countries have introduced policies to promote the development of thenational service outsourcing industry. As for our country, it is also a big opportunities todevelop, and if we can grasp the important opportunity, it will help us to promote ourcountry’s economic structure and the way of economic growth adjustment, accelerate theupgrading of industrial structure. However, as a developing country, China’s technology levelis still relatively backward, especially in knowledge-intensive modern service industry in theprocess of carrying out international service outsourcing is to undertake the country, to learnadvanced foreign technology and management experience.This paper takes it our country carrying on international service outsourcingtechnological overflow effect for the research topics, and it researches our country carrying onthe formation mechanism,the present situation and technology spillover effect on ourcountry’s carry on international service outsourcing factoring fluencing factors of internationalservice outsourcing technology spillover effect, then it analysis our international serviceoutsourcing technology spillovers for the factors affecting the empirical analysis, and putsforward the corresponding countermeasures. The results show that China’s level of technologyand outsourcing to help to promote technology spillovers generated, China’s serviceoutsourcing of human capital accumulation situation is not conducive to our country toundertake international service outsourcing technology spillovers generated. Finally, it givesuggestions to further improve the technology spillover effect of international serviceoutsourcing. The objective of this paper is to through these questions research to make ourcountry carry on international service outsourcing in gain more technology spillover effectand promote our country enterprise technology innovation and improve the technical level of China’s service industries, and enhance the international competitive power of our country.
