And then introduced the since reform and opening inChina all previous inflation’s general situation and all the causes, and analysis thephenomenon and reason of all previous inflation. All previous inflation in our countryaccompanied with the consumer price index, factory-gate prices index and the GDP deflatorincreases. Although every time the cause of inflation is different, most were related to the totaldemand, production costs, the money supply, economic structure factors. But happened since2007inflation in our country also has its own characteristics: external factors and structuralfactors on the current the effect of this inflation.
