The continuous rise in the cost of the product, enables companies to integrate andoptimize the supply chain, through continuous optimization of the supply chain structure ofthe enterprise, the rapid response of the market, it would reduce the operating costs and riskprevention. In the context of globalization, companies will face more and greater risks, thesupply chain more complex, and thus need to select the appropriate supply chain strategies. As an important part of supply chain, the transnational perspective of supply chain strategyand model from a quantitative analysis point of view to explore how to build a supply chainnetwork system in the external investment activities of multinational carrier. Therefore, thepaper multinational supply chain network system as the research object, consider thecorporate learning rate, the technology transfer index, and game theory, variational inequalitytheory, build corporate profit maximization (cost minimization) model, and designoptimization algorithm. There are 7 chapters as follows:Chapter 1, introduce the research background and significance, ideas and methods, themain innovation, as well as the research objective and the structure of this paper.Chapter2, an overview of supply chain network modeling optimization andmultinational supply chain network of domestic and foreign literature. First, from bothqualitative and quantitative description of the supply chain network research, on this basis, sort of multinational supply chain network model analysis of the two ideas, as well asquantitative point of multinational supply chain network optimization, through differentquantitative model, using different optimization algorithms, as follow-up cross-border supplychain strategy and supply chain network built to provide bedding.Chapter 3, then described the characteristics of the supply chain and supply chainstrategy in transnational perspective. Transnational perspective, procurement, production andsales of globalization, and thus the supply chain with uncertainty and risk. .Combined withglobal supply chains and products to enter foreign markets theory, on the basis of previousresearch, summed up several supply chain strategy under multinational perspective.Chapter 4, In the transfer of production of the supply chain strategy, to avoid marketrisks, have invested in overseas factories, the establishment of production bases, to seekoverseas development, to enhance its core competitiveness. In the rate of technology transferand learning under the influence of this production to take into account the uncertainty of thehost country where the production of different skill levels and diversity of products, established a supply chain production cross-border transfer of the mathematical model, modelsolution algorithm is given, under the examples analyzed and found that the rate oftechnology transfer and the learning rate in (0.6,1.0) and (0.80,0.95) is the most suitable forthe production cross-border transfer.Chapter 5, In the context of globalization, multinational foreign investment activities inthe supply chain strategy.Taking into account the different supply chain nodes in the form ofjoint venture operations, the establishment costs - revenue model, the co-operation from the perspective of supply chain analysis of the joint venture multinational companies in differentstages of the host government and local businesses and the dynamic game decision-makingprocess. Incentive model to improve the joint venture through the supply chain participantspay level, to ensure the effectiveness of the supply chain to maximize the joint venture. Theanalysis revealed: the establishment of a joint venture under the FDI-based supply chainmodel, multinational companies should expand the proportion of equity joint ventures inorder to achieve optimal profit goal; the host government should strengthen the joint venturein the local control of the business, can better ensure their economic interests.Chapter 6, The formation of industrial clusters in the context of multinationalcompanies to bring leading edge technology into the industry clusters, and embedded from thecompetition (Steinberg game) to the integration of equilibrium (Cournot ). Based on this, theexisting supply chain and research clusters embedded in multinational supply chains formedbetween the changes in the dynamic balance of competing networks, through the use ofsupply chain network to maximize profits, as well as variational inequalities, to explore thecompetitive dynamics of chain and chain network model , and the corresponding algorithmsand related factors. By example that the first phase of the original cluster supply chain tomaintain high customer satisfaction and market share, higher than the multinational supplychain, while in the second stage, multinational supply chain market share lead. Moreimportantly, in the second phase of the cluster and the overall profits of the overall marketsales are higher than the sum of the first phase. The last Chapter 7, draw conclusions and view for limitations and future research. |
