The Influence Of Network Liberalization To National Sovereignty

As the liberalization of network development, the traditional theory of nationalsovereignty has been a challenge to do exposition, this paper focuses on the impact andinfluence of the network of liberalization on the theory of national sovereignty. First of all,the author introduces the characteristics of the network, the introduction of this new conceptof network liberalization. Network with virtual freedom of openness and flexibilitycharacteristics and maintenance of national sovereignty have had some impact, and author inthe first part of these features in-depth analysis. Network liberalization in the end is kind of aconcept, it is a relative concept, is not absolute freedom, is not Western-vaunted "networkfreedom" strategy.Traditional state sovereignty theory development process is mainly produced in theWestern bourgeois revolutionary thinkers of the author described in detail in the text. Thetheory of state sovereignty has gone through the development and to the concept ofsovereignty in international law jurisprudence from the seeds of the neoclassical concept ofsovereignty to the theory of modern national sovereignty. Today, an endless stream of newideas on the theory of national sovereignty, such as "sovereignty theory" and "jurisdictionrelative theory".The liberalization of the network theory of national sovereignty to bring political,economic and cultural impact on the maintenance of national sovereignty difficult. Networkliberalization challenges the sovereignty of the country’s political development and thedeepening of international cooperation through international organizations. Networkliberalization by economic globalization, multinational corporations, financial globalizationon the sovereignty of the country’s economic impact. The liberalization of network challengesis through the strengthening of cultural divergence and weaken the nation-state nationalcultural identity of national cultural sovereignty. At the same time, the liberalization ofnetwork is the maintenance of national sovereignty role. Network liberalization to strengthendemocratic management, and protection of human rights; promote internationalcommunication, to create a relaxed international environment. Trend of liberalization of the network, how to deal with the liberalization of networkconflict and to safeguard national sovereignty, I believe that adhering to the principle ofnational sovereignty on the basis of regulation of network liberalization. The specificpractices: network management, to create a harmonious network environment; enhanceoverall national strength, and improve their international competitiveness; actively participatein international cooperation, the establishment of a just and rational international networkorder.
