Since the1990s, the world economy has two major trends: the world of economicglobalization and regional economic integration. However, since the late of20th century, theglobalization of multilateral trade negotiations in the WTO slow and struggling progress.1999Seattle meeting failed Cancun talks broke down in2003.The six-nation ministerialmeeting ended without result in2006. With the Doha Round of WTO negotiations stalled, themomentum of development of the multilateral trade has been seriously hampered. Participatein international economic integration organizations, has become the realistic choice for Chinato adapt to economic globalization. In recent years, the FTA, especially the bilateral FTA withits pro-active, flexible and easy, extensive and efficient advantage is increasingly becomingthe main way of economic cooperation.Overall, the developed countries with each other and between the developed anddeveloping countries, economic integration and cooperation is more successful economicintegration among developing countries is relatively backward, FTA-building amongdeveloping countries study of the related issues are not systematically and fully. China anddeveloping countries to establish an FTA practice status and further the establishment of FTAbetween China and developing countries effect analysis, to come to China and developingcountries to establish the FTA has strong trade combined with the degree of economiccomplementarity, especially non-traditional revenue. Depth analysis of the establishment ofFTA between China and developing countries facing the problem and put forwardcountermeasures and suggestions. In short, the Chinese economic and trade relations withdeveloping countries, both favorable political conditions, and favorable economic conditions,the long term, development potential and broad prospects.
