PDM System Construction Technologies And Its Implementation In The Research Institutes

In recent years, PDM technology has been more mature day by day in the theory, method and technical research.However, because it is relatively weak in the research on the methods and technologies, which is focused on expanding the application specially aimed at the distinguishing features of the enterprises, it has become the "bottleneck" in their application of the PDM systems. Therefore, it is important research direction and key link in the application and implementation of the PDM systems that they should be constructed based on the actual conditions of the enterprises and relative researches should be implemented.The purpose of this thesis is to study the implement method of the PDM system appropriate to the research institute.Based on the technology of the PDM, the engineering character of the research institute and the demand of the enterprise-level PDM system are analyzed.The architecture and the top framework of the PDM system are designed, based on which the prototype model of the system and the physical model of the data organization using the object-oriented technology are designed. And the problem that the PDM system is served as the information code and the integrating management is further studied. Based on the interoperation parallel of many projects of the research institute, the dynamical authority limits management rule is designed. The code rule enterprise-oriented, which is the core content of the code system, is designed.And the solution to the integration management of the PDM system and the mechanical CAD and the electric CAD is put forward.
