Super-resolution reconstructionis a method using a sequence of low-resolution images with complementary information to generate a high-resolution image. Image super-resolution reconstruction plays an important role in improving the image resolution, and has been successfully applied in the field of remote sensing images. SP-20000C-PMCL industrial camera is expected to be as a detector of remote sensing satellites for its great performance. I conducted some experiences based on research of image super-resolution reconstruction methods as follows:First of all, this paper designed the SP-20000C-PMCL industrial camera observation system to simulate the imaging process of remote sensing images. The system consists of hardware part and software part, and the hardware part is mainly composed of a MEADE LX200 telescope, a SP-20000C-PMCL industrial camera, a data acquisition card and a computer. Also, the software part mainly includes an image control software, an image acquisition software,an image parameter storage-reading software and an adding frames software of the camera, which are all developed by VS2010. So we can control the camera in real time and the camera has a high data transmission speed.Then, this paper studied a variety of image registration algorithms, including the optical flow method, the frequency domain method,the spatial domain methods, the feature matching methods. Rotate and translate the lena image and adding-noised lena image and record the registration parameter. Comparing it with the estimated parameters using the image registration algorithms. The experiment result shows that the optical flow method and the keren method have better accuracy and robustness. And the paper analyses the source of the registration error.After selecting a effective registration algorithm, we conduct the experiment of image super-resolution reconstruction.Super-resolution reconstruction methods include the PG method, the IBP method, the POCS method, the TV method and the adaptive normalized convolution method. The sequence of images grabbed by the industrial camera are used as the experimental material. The images generated by the experiment are evaluated by subjective and objective methods. The result of the assessment shows that the effectiveness of the two evaluations.At the end, the paper sums up the experimental research and get a general conclusion. Meanwhile, the paper describes the limitation and insufficiency of the research and prospectsthe direction of future studies.
