Abstract/Summary:
The rapid development of Li DAR technology is closely bound up with the maturity of laser technology and electronics technology. At present, the Li DAR has been very widely used in civil, scientific research, military and other fields, especially the unmanned platform, robot navigation, traffic safety, nondestructive measurement of cultural relics etc., showing broad application prospects. However, as the demand for information access increases, the traditional Li DAR is unable to fully meet the demand for access to information. At this point, the full-waveform Li DAR came into being. Due to the unique characteristics of recording complete waveform data, full-waveform Li DAR is able to get the full target information, which makes it attracting more and more attention.Firstly, in this paper the design of full-waveform Li DAR system was conducted in-depth research. Based on the sufficient investigation and analysis for progress of laser radar and full-waveform Li DAR in China and abroad, the disadvantages of full-waveform Li DAR were found. According to these shortcomings, a coaxial dual-channel full-waveform Li DAR digital sample detection system was designed. What is more, through the calculation analysis for each unit parameter within the system, the right equipment was matched, making it maximize the performance of the system into full play.Then using ZEMAX and Trace Pro optical simulation software to simulate the detection system, the system was reasonably optimized through the simulation experiment. Afterwards, some typical target echo that may occur were simulated and analyzed by Matlab. Consequently, after summarizing the function from transmitted pulse to typical target, the corresponding relation between return pulse waveform and typical target was obtained.After that, utilize the designed waveform sampling detection system to detect some typical target at short range, and the detected waveform data were compared and analyzed comparative analysis to verify the simulation results were correct or not. Later the transmitting and receiving unit in the system were adjusted slightly, which makes it capable of long-range target detecting. The elevation image of detection was generated by waveform data processing method.Finally, according to the detected full-waveform data, reasonable idea and method of echo data processing were put forward. In addition, on account of different waveform data, different waveform data preprocessing methods were designed and decomposed by Gaussian waveform decomposition method. The experiment results show that Gaussian decomposition algorithm can decompose the multiple targets in echo signal effectively.
