The Research And Design Of The Vertical Search Engine For The Family Medicine In Common Use

The health of the body is the fundamental for human. As individuals and families pay more attention to common disease prevention and early treatment, people are becoming more careful with the choice and use of family medicine. Accord ing to the latest survey, currently, our country has a population of more than 1 billion and 30 million, with the total number of family reaching 330 million. Although there are many portal websites and commercial websites on which people can have informa tion about family commonly used drugs, however, through the survey in Drug and Food Administration, the acquired information is not from the website ratified by National Health and Family Planning Commission, consequently, the information is unsafe to the users. Neither could it facilitate the query of drugs for citizens by using of a comprehensive search engine.Through the design of specialized search engine,common drug selection and query problems can be solved.In this paper, using the vertical search engine technology, we analyze the informa tion about family commonly used drug demand information collected on well known drug website ratified by National Health and Family Planning Commission.With the help of open source Lucene search engine framework and Heritrix crawler,it become achievable to design a specialized search engine.The main research work is a s follows:(1) With detailed analysis of the system structure and the need of open source crawler Heritrix, the open-source crawler Heritrix is extended and improved. Besides, the crawler specifically for the searching of family commonly used drug information is designed.(2) With in-depth analysis and study of the system and sorting algorithm of the Lucene system, problems like the inferior ranking of page is found. Therefore, by introducing the PageRank algorithm, with its sorting algorithm improved, now Lucene system can reach the optimum requirement for ranking of the results.(3) With the design and implementation of vertical search engine for the family common used drugs, key technology including the customization of the collected information, the establishment of thesaurus for family commonly used drugs, the establishment of index library and user retrieval interface of family commonly used drugs, the design of the overall framework of the system and the molecular module of each part, and under the eclipse development environment, using of java to design the function of the system are involved.Through system test, the vertical search engine’s plan for the family commonly drugs described in this article is practical, and can satisfy the user’s dema nd. Besides, compared to general search engines, this new engine further improved the search efficiency and the precision. This system has basically reached the expected design goal of personalization of retrieval demand for the family commonly used drugs.
