Compared with microwave communication, satellite optical communication technology has the advantages of small volume, light weight, large capacity of information, and strong anti-interference ability. After success of on orbit tests, for satellite optical communication technology to replace microwave communication and realizing commercialization is very soon. In recent years, domestic and foreign research institutions on satellite optical communication technology has never stopped, resulting in a large number of research achievements.Whether it is a satellite-earth or inter satellite laser communication, the laser needs to be transmitted in the air medium for a long time. Because of the influence of atmospheric turbulence on the laser beam, resulting to some turbulence effects, such as scintillation and distortion, seriously affect the spot information received by the terminal, which will further affect the performance of the com munication. Therefore, to find a suitable adaptive threshold algorithm for the system, the image of the spot image after atmospheric turbulence can produce a better segmentation effect and improve the positioning accuracy.According to the process,beam fine pointing control algorithmcan be divided into image processing algorithm and digital control algorithm.The analog control regulator reacts quickly and works stably. However, due to the environmental characteristics of the optical communication system, the selection and replacement of the device has its complicated screening process. Once the system needs to be adjusted in terms of parameters or device replacement, often take a long time before you can be ready, stretching the design time, increasing the uncertainty because of the excessive dependence on the device.With the development of the computer system, the advantages of digital control algorithm are enough for us to realize actively.There are two algorithms in fine pointing subsystem, including spot processing algorithm and digital control algorithm. Digital control algorithm can improve the flexibility of the system to a certain extent, but if you want to achieve a more accurate adjustment effect, the research of the spot image processing algorithm is also very important. The adjustment effect of the control algorithm on the enforcement agencies greatly affects the operation environment of the spot image processing algorithm, and then affects the operation effect. Therefore, this paper will complete the research of these two algorithms.
