Cardboard production process of lateral positioning control system is the final solution.The cutting performances and the equipment adjustment will directly affect the quality of the finished board, such as the cut size of the cardboard meeting production requirements,cardboard cross section being damaged, smooth in appearance and other cross sections. In order to improve the cutting accuracy of the system and achieve the purpose of precise simultaneous tracking and cutting, the paper board cross position control system is studied.The principle and technology of cardboard cross positioning control system is analyzed.After the task and the touch screen a servo drive control of the PLC controller has been received, drive motor controlled operation instructions and encoder measured the cardboard cutting machines speed and position. The motor control method is given in the cross motion positioning control system. Combined with the fuzzy PID algorithm, the paper discusses the cutting control length of the cutting tool and the feeding rate synchronously. According to the development and use of man-machine interface, knife and chopping board is fulfilled by using man-machine interface and PLC software program. The system is debugged through testing platform. Using the PFC and fuzzy PID algorithm, MATLAB simulation achieves knife’s trajectory. Through the comparisons, PFC’s interference, the stability of the impact is better than the fuzzy PID algorithms’. Through this system, the problem of the existing problem is analyzed and the paper realizes the function of cardboard cross positioning control.Firstly, the cardboard cross positioning hardware control system has been designed.Through the design, Panasonic A5 series servo driver and servo motor which is been chose realized the precise control of motor and followed synchronous precision cutting. Secondly,the program and the man-machine interface of the system has been designed and experimentally tested in a lab environment, to meet the cardboard cross positioning control systems. Finally, the improved algorithm of the system can improve the machining accuracy through simulation tests.
