China is accelerating into an aging society, the long-term bedridden population has reached more than 26 million.Ambulatory patients must be regularly turning, cleaning, and hot compress, massage, physical therapy means, can effectively prevent muscle atrophy, especially the emergence of bedsore nursing intensity is very large, ofen lead to nursing staff occupational disease. In the case of shortage of labor, science and technology has become the inevitable choice of pension.Group based on the research of vibration using the technology,is proposed based on the biomechanics of autonomous vibration turn and autonomous vibration massage robot system, flexible taps massage system is the main equipment. In this paper, the main contents are summarized as follows:1.Taps the massage technique and its mechanism in deep summary,on the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of massage robot at home and abroad, put forward a kind of rely on elastic cantilever beam taps massage thoughts, and set up the flexible design taps massage experiment platform.2.According to the single degree of freedom vibration of flexible cantilever beam theory and collision theory, establish a mathematical model of the process of taps back massage head, using Matlab to carry on the numerical simulation,to explore the effect of the massage taps, laid the foundation for the system dynamics optimization..3.Using the LMS vibration test system, test the massage processes of the massage system in real time, analyze the test data, found that massage range, input voltage and the contact stiffness and so on all have significant effects on massage force, and is consistent with the results of the simulation calculation.
