With the rapid development of science and technology and market competition level, scientific and effective production plan scheduling become more and more important to modern enterprise to the changing market demand, which can make full use of existing production resources, to provide high quality products and quality service, improve the competitiveness of the enterprises themselves in the shortest time.The paper studies the production planning and scheduling theory both in domestic and abroad, combined with the current varieties and small batch production mode, on the basis of the genetic algorithm. In the clear production plan scheduling on the basis of the actual business needs, and combines the technique and theory of genetic algorithm with scheduling process and practical problems,completed the design of production planning and scheduling system function module, the overall framework of the system is constructed.Detailed design of scheduling core module scheduling in production scheduling.The workers, machine tools, parts, and other production factors will integrate into three-dimensional coordinate by the means of three-dimensional coding method; the planning row production factors, such as troublesome processing tasks, processing interval expectation, machine work, distribution uniformity, worker hours distribution expectation, special products processing expectations, will be considered in adaptation function design; the roulette wheel selection method and two optimal solution preservation strategies will be used in genetic selection operation; Adaptive operation probability ensures the diversity of data processing systems in genetic crossover and mutation operation. Through the data test, the genetic algorithm control parameters are set up,and to take the optimal solution preservation strategy of genetic selection operation optimization results are analyzed and compared.Finally, by setting up a certain system test environment, the capacity of produce plan scheduling based on the genetic algorithm is verified.Through the J2EE+Oracle development platform,the produce plan scheduling system is realized.Through the Programming logic and the function and interface of the system,the function and effect of the system in plan scheduling and daily operation are verified.
