The modern accelerator system is a huge systematic project. It contains many different types of devices, and these devices need to run the long-term stability and safety to guarantee the normal working of the accelerator and beam providing. Because of numerous devices, therefore, the fault can hardly be avoided, the working condition of the equipment for real-time detection and alarm is necessary. During the accelerator running, how to deal with these devices occurred alarm information in timely and effectively by duty personnel, so as to reduce the losses caused by equipment failure is the main content in this study.Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou(HIRFL) is constructed by ECR ion source, CSR(cooling storage ring), SFC injector, SSC cyclotron and other components. The existing monitoring system has been provided kinds of separated monitoring system, such as water leakage monitoring, water level water pressure monitoring, magnet temperature detection, power line temperature alarm and other systems. During the running period of accelerator, because of the operators always focused on the parameters which is related to the beam current, such as magnet voltage, current, beam diagnosis system. They often ignore these plays a supporting role alarm monitoring system, these supporting systems cannot be paid enough attention when the alarm information emerged in these systems. If the faults detected in these system would not process in time, it will cause the machine breakdown, serious damage to the equipment, and resulting in property loss. The monitored information usual y only showing on the computer screen which separated in the central control room. Once the alarm occurs, the officer on duty cannot see the alarm information in time. In order to be able to put these alarm information effective highlights, promptly notify and "forced" the duty staffs to check the fault location when the faults has been detected, we proposed integrated alarm platform design.The integrated alarm platform is integrated eight kinds of monitoring systems, such as water leakage, temperature, water pressure and liquid level. Realized when one monitoring system alarming, the platform can immediately highlights the corresponding alarm monitoring system by sound and light, to inform and "forced" the person on duty to deal with the specific fault. Integrated alarm platform constructed by NET+MSP430+CPLD, integrated A / D, D / A convert, digital state monitoring and control, remote switch control applications. Integral nonlinearity of the ADC and DAC modules are better than 0.4% and 0.2%, digital control can meet the design requirements, through on-the-spot test and application the platform can reach the integrated alarm purpose. The extends application of VHDL language in the process of this research, in the other subject we researched the design of two different frequency sine wave signal capture and two arbitrary phase point match, field test can achieve the expected goal.
