Design And Implementation Of The Third Party Logistics Systembased On Phone GPS/GPRS Positioning

With the logistics industry become the pillar industry, 3PL(the third party logistics) in the social and economic status of further highlight, has caused extensive concern of the government and the enterprises.Advanced logistics information system has become 3PL enterprise’s core competitiveness,combined with modern information technology,electronic commerce and network communication technology,integrating logistics enterprise resources effectively, improve the management level of enterprises, providing customers withefficient,convenient,high-quality logistics services,enhance the long-term competitiveness of the enterprise.This paper research 3PL system based on mobile phone positioning technology of intelligent logistics.The main research content is as follows:(1) The paper discusses 3PL present situation at home and abroad, according to the shortage of the logistics information system and poor Comprehensivein our country, the demand for third party logistics has carried on the research and analysis, to the third party logistics information system framework model.(2) To investigate the research contents and methods of logistics system, analysis of the shortest path algorithm and save mileage method in the transportation line, the application of optimal selection for providing theoretical basis for intelligent logistics system.(3) On the basis of demand analysis, was proposed based on B/S structure of the third party logistics management information system of overall design.Using MVC framework model for development, Oracle as the database management platform,instructions in system, management, plan management, transportation management, cost management, warehouse management, system management of six modules detailed design.System use single sign-on technology, provides a variety and multi-level authentication, solved the third party logistics information system in the low coupling.(4) Using phones PDA to solve the third party logistics in the process of send real-time tracking location problems.Positioning technology scheme is put forward, on the mobile phone positioning information through GPRS real-time to the server, the business system shows the location data, for users to query the logistics dynamic.This system has realized vehicle 3PL vehicles shortest path selection, based on the research of the mobile phone GPS application in road vehicle dynamic information acquisition and vehicle positioning, to solve the coupling of 3PL logistics information is low, the problems such as nonstandard informatization.
