Dual Tone Multi Frequency(DTMF) technology is able to increase the amount of information within the same communication period by reusing the frequency domain, and as a consequence, it has an obviously higher efficiency in communication than the single frequency technology. Therefore, the improvement of the DTMF communication technology has a valuable supplication prospect>as it would provide a solid foundation of the oceanic exploration.Based on the traditional Goertzel Algorithm, this paper discusses the relationship between the power spectrum amplitudes of the target frequency points and the relevantfrequency factors. By analysising the reasons that cause the frequency offset, distortion, this paper works on the method that correct the valid target frequency points of the traditional Goertzel Algorithm and the spectrum leakage linear compensation of it. Besides, a dynamic ocean information detection system based on the enhensed Goertzel filtering DTMF algorithm is designed.This paper focuses on the aspects as follow:1) A enhensed spectrum corrected Goertzel algorithm is proposed. Based on the traditional Goertzel algorithm,this paper analysises the feasibility of the nature frequency factors in recrursive iteration. By correcting the target frequency points, the enhensed algorithm optimizes the spectrum calculation, and improves the target frequency spectrum amplitudes recognition rate of the software DTMF signal demodulation.2) A spectrum leakage linear compensation Goertzel algorithm is proposed. Base on the enhensed Goertzel algorithm, the compensation Goertzel algorithm introducts the offset of the target frequency spectrum. By analysising the DTMF spectrum leakage effects of the digital sampling and thewindow form truncation, this paper works on a linear compensation method to correct the spectrum leakage of the Goertzel algorithm. Software simulation and hardware experiments comfirm that the target frequency spectrum amplitudes recognition rate in the compensation Goertzel algorithm DTMF signal demodulation has been improved.3) A dynamic ocean information detection system based on the enhensed Goertzel filtering DTMF algorithm is designed. The structure contained a host part that consisted of a deck unit and an underwater host, and an extension part that consisted of a beacon unit and a tube detection unit. This paper illustrates the detail design plan and completes the structure.
