With the popularity of smart phones, Online payment has already been extensively used, which has enormously changed the way people consume. The flexibility of the mobile payment that security concerns triggers has been a top concern for the most public. Thus to realize the reasonable switch of devices, a reasonable trade-off of convenience and security concerns is an issue that needs urgently solving! This study has focused on studying the trad-off of them both by analyzing the influential factors that caused by convenience and security concerns of the devices. First, by using the theory of reasoned behavior, it not only defines the influential factors on convenience and security concerns respectively but also establishes the four influential factors: familiarity, amount of information, social influence and account storage. Second, it not only discusses the internal connection of the four influential factors on convenience and security concerns but also gets into the route analysis. Third, it establishes the weighing mode/pattern of convenience and security concerns to realize the reasonable choice as well as the appropriate switch of the device. This study collected data by conducting a survey, which uses the data analysis software Smart PLS2.0 to develop its empirical analysis on structural programming mode/pattern.This study reveals three things/aspects: First, when it comes to convenience, familiarity social influence and account storage have significantly positive influence on it while the amount of informative expression does exactly the opposite. Second, about security concerns, familiarity and social influence have significantly negative influence on it. Third, from the weighing of them both, convenience has positive influence on the switch of devices while security concerns does the opposite. To sum up, this study establishes the weighing pattern/mode of convenience and security concerns, which not only can be used by enterprises to improve the procedures/process of online payment but also offers users the decision basis which device to choose.
