Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,weather in our country is much worse,high pollution weather such as haze occur frequently.Due to the limitation of technology in China.The number of the air quality monitoring site is limited because the price is so expensive and the technology is limited.The current official air quality index does not reperesent a large area within the scope of the air quality change,there is big difference exist on the air quality index around the same time,we can not get the real-time accurate data to obtain the current regional air quality levels.This paper proposes a method to evaluate the air quality of the video images through the road monitoring.Firstly we put forward the three parameters as reference variable,they are noise brightness ratio,ambiguous,contrast.we calculate the successive frames data in the video images.We use the Gompertz growth diffusion model to analysis the noise brightness ratio,and use the detrend fluctuation analysis model to analyze ambiguous and contrast.With the result of the data,we evaluation the air quality,for the official release of air quality data under different weather,this paper compares and analyzes trends of the approximation model.The method is procen to be for air quality assessment has important reference calue.
