Designing Of Personalized Online Clothing Store Based On Expert System

With the rapid development of internet technology around the world, online clothing store in e-commerce has become one of the important applications. Paperless e-commerce business allows users to receive personalized service and multinational business. Thus, more people prefer to buy clothing online and become a trend.There are two ways about clothing styles recommended at home and abroad at present. One is to establish the size, and the other is to simulate dressing. The two methods need consumers to enter the human body data, and then generate a virtual fitting model. Consumers can adds clothing to the model body. There is error, time consuming, and some differences between the model itself and the real individual due to the manual measurement. These methods can’t filter information based on the consumer’s own physical characteristics, resulting in the clothing style doesn’t match the customer’s physical appearance.In order to solve the above problem, this paper made a detailed study of the Web technology and expert system technology, and having a depth study of the knowledge representation and inference engine of the expert system. Using the recommended techniques and expert systems technology design a personalized online clothing store based on expert system. The functional design of the clothing store system includes two parts: online clothing management and sales, the expert system clothing recommendation. The former is based on Web technology, which realizes a series of online management and sales functions include the registration and login of customers, the query of clothes, the management of shopping cart, the management and payment of order, administrator’s login, the management of clothing and customers, and so on. The latter is based on expert system, which establishes the clothing expert knowledge base with the knowledge representation method of production rule. This design adopts two parallel inference machine based on precise reasoning and fuzzy inference of evaluation matrix. The system could realize personalized recommendation by matching physical appearance of the customer with clothing styles. The matching information includes the skin color and clothing color, body shape and clothing model, legs shape and trousers styles, the dressing occasion and clothing style, face shape, shoulder type, neck length, body shape and dress collar, as well as the body shape, legs shape, shoulder type, neck length and skirt style.The online clothing store system is based on B/S structure, which developed by JSP, Servlet, and MySQL. Back-end adopts JDBC technology to connect MySQL database, which is designed to store customer information, clothing information data as well as clothing recommend rules, facts and reasoning intermediate results. Front-end uses HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other front-end technology to design web interface, which achieves human-computer interaction between users and system.This design about personalized online clothing store based on expert system is a combination of expert systems and electronic clothing website. It is better to help customers locate and recognize of online clothing. It is also provides efficient and scientific decision for customers in the purchase of clothing on the Internet clothing store. The system has realized effective and reasonable results for online clothing recommended. Meanwhile, it would have an important research value and a broad application prospects for promoting clothing retail intelligence development.
