The research objectives of This thesis (hereinafter referred to as:the thesis) is to generate reports with specific format basing on various process stages of operation management, optimizing business operation as well as saving the procedure time required by the business. Through development of input and output interface between the multiple system, business efficiency is increased with the multiple system data integration and it further provide decision-making basis for the management level.This thesis mainly studies the following four aspects, the methods are used by (1) Raw materials calculation and automatic generation of materials requisition, automatic generation of requisition sheets if the trial calculation number is greater than the available inventory by comparison.(2) Warehouse management on the base of barcode, through judgment of the matching connection between storehouse code and instruction receipts, the automatically matched scan record will synchronize the business operation system by the timing handle program.(3) Automatic generation of the production plan and shipment control, Product traceability for overall process, through grouping item code, amount of summarization, BOM combination, connection with production code and order associated code in terms of untreated order. (4) Procurement management of consumables, and generate various analysis reports according to the budget classification by means of the approved NO with budget, application, processing.The outcomes obtained through the study of This thesis:Decrease the inventory of manufacturing site by automatic acquisition of raw materials as well as avoid the improper application of tax to a certain extent; Reduce the inventory of slow-moving items by scanning QR code to do the raw materials, realize product FIFO as maximum; Automatic generation by the production plan and delivery control, greatly reducing the time for manual production plan and product tracing becomes to be found; Consumables procurement management under precise control from application to budget management, funds documentation and provide effective references for the main raw material management other than BOM. Change the situation of the original manual management with the disadvantages of scattered, unable to comprehensively analysis.This thesis makes the following conclusions:in order to accurately control the raw material acquisition, it must to analyze the various impact factors of raw materials consumption and quantities of acquisition in the manufacturing process, such as machine wasting, acquisition of the same raw materials as the same time; Inventory reduction for slow-moving product and product turnover rate increases, the turnover of capital in the company becomes more efficient, to create more economic effectiveness for the company; Customer focus all time and create better reputation by defective product traceability and timely solve the problems in production process with the product performance improvement. Therefore more orders from customers will be received accordingly; systematic management provides more evidence for decision-making. Compared with manual management, systematic management has irreplaceable advantages for effective and accurate control of the budget, more transparent about the usage of enterprise funds as well.
