With an increasing development of mass media, users’ demand on video features becomes more critical. It is required that a single shot contains a range of image content and depth information can be obtained at the same time. Video mosaic technology offers a video with a wide angle of view on horizontal direction, ignoring3 D information. While stereo matching technology, based on triangulation measurement, is a method which can provide depth information by calculating disparity. Research are mainly paid on the result quality while giving up real-time performance. Thus, it is meaningful to take further study on the research of large angle video mosaic with depth information. Relative work can be applied in monitoring, security, robot navigation and UVA fields.Traditional video registration method lacks of neighborhood constant, suffering a low performance when target situation contains weak or repeating texture, which results in a bad influence on following work. A registration method based on line feature is proposed, which is variant against affine transformation and light intensity difference. Meanwhile, to keep continuity of video frames, a algorithm to refine best seam generating region is presented. Semi-Global stereo matching method is applied to counter the low speed in tradition methods, and a refinement is taken into account to correct occlusion and mis-matching points. In the last chapters, the problem of multiple video mosaic is put forward. |
