With the development of the internet of things, it has put forward higher demand to the reliability and accuracy of the basic data that accessed to system. According to the type of temperature sensor, it is known that the temperature sensor that is made of single sensitive material is difficult to take into account the static characteristics and dynamic characteristics, it is difficult to obtain the measurement results in a high speed, precisely, stably. How to obtain the temperature of the system to be tested quickly and accurately is the focus of current research.Through researching the principle of combined sensor, testing extensive early, analysising the advantages and disadvantages of various temperature sensors, metal resistance Pt100 and semiconductor thermistor was selected as the combined sensor materials. Analyses were conducted on the classification of the data fusion algorithm, focusing on Kalman algorithm and Federal Kalman algorithm that commonly used in integrated navigation system, brought forth a combined temperature sensor model based on federal Kalman filtering algorithm and tested works well. The simulation results show that this combined temperature sensor, obtain a better result in term of stability and sensitivity. In order to verify the practical application of the combined temperature sensor, we designed a temperature testing system with combinated temperature sensor based on the Internet of things. Compared with the traditional wired connection widely, this system based on ZigBee wireless communication technology, realized the transmission of data stablely and efficiently.Faced with the demand of the current sensor technology, according to the advantages of a variety of sensing materials, it is a good design to combinate these materials. In this research, we used federated Kalman filter algorithm for data fusion processing, got a better combinated temperature sensor with the stability of platinum resistance and fast response ability of the thermistor, finally, with the aid of the Zig Bee wireless sensor network based on internet of things, completed the temperature data acquisition and transmission. At present, the internet of things technology and multi-sensor data fusion technology is developing rapidly, focusing on the combined sensor based on internet of things has important theoretical and practical significance.
