Terminal data collection, database synchronization system are an important part of the intelligent sensor network control platform in mobile environment. In recent years, the intelligent sensor network has been widely used in industrial manufacturing, medical industry, information technology and other industries, which requires a large number of sensor devices. Because of the different data format, the different data acquisition equipment, data exchange between heterogeneous systems, causing the system code duplication, maintenance difficulties, the structure of chaos, poor scalability and so on.In view of the above problems, this paper firstly analyzes the research status of the intelligent sensor network control platform in the current mobile environment. Combined with intelligent sensing network technology, data sensing technology, data transmission technology, data storage technology, database synchronization distribution technology, proposed the system framework of intelligent sensor network control platform in mobile environment. The paper will lay the foundation for the further development of intelligent sensor network control platform. The main content and innovative points of this paper are as follows:(1) In view of the difficulty of data acquisition and maintenance for the heterogeneity of the sensor equipment, this paper makes an abstract modeling of the sensor’s raw data, makes the data rules of the sensor equipment, and puts forward the process programming and scheduling strategy, using the process pool technology to facilitate the collection and transmission of the data.(2)In view of the data synchronization, data conflict detection and data distribution strategy in current mobile environment, the common database synchronization distribution system is designed. This paper mainly introduces the architecture design of the client and server, and the overall design of each functional module.Finally, a smart package based on intelligent sensor network control platform is introduced. It can monitor the state of the package in real time. The hardware of the system is modular design. It is small size and easy to carry.
