With the rapid development of the Internet and the rise of mobile Internet, ecommerce in the whole people’s consumption habits which occupies an increasingly large proportion. With the online shopping consumer spending increased year by year, more and more businesses are gradually marketing target to network marketing. Online advertising is the main means of the network marketing, advertisers will own product advertising creative material on different network media platform, the user while accessing media websites, the media website will show users advertising, so the website users are advertising audience. In the media platform to show users advertisers products, users browse and click advertising to advertisers at the same time, a certain amount of advertising and promotion expenses. Along with the network advertising business continues to expand, in the Internet advertising industry, appeared to seek improper business interests or malicious competition for the purpose of fraud. This kind of advertising fraud not only damages the advertiser’s business interests, but also undermines the credibility of commercial media platform.By fraud click model of Internet advertising industry and methods for data modeling, using hidden Markov model to click on the sequence of unit time advertising analysis, page access, click select depth per unit time per unit time advertising page retention time, per unit time per unit time, average two jump as the rate of dimension measurement, and then through the Baum-Welch algorithm to estimate parameters, the final identification of the sample data, the correct rate and error rate selected as identification effect evaluation criterion, finally determined by contrast experiment, the optimum number of hidden states and threshold model.The advertisement management system provides advertising from the sales, scheduling, to confirm the final statistics the effect of advertising and for the enterprise, provides a set of advertising management services and business solutions for the Internet business. And by using the mixed programming technology of C# and Matlab in the system, click fraud detection will be integrated into the system. The whole system ASP.NET MVC layered model based on the design, the use of rights management systems request processing pipeline C# reflection technology and based on ASP.NET, before the user request processing, access interception through the filter, and in the service implementation, providing flexible, oriented interface and business logic based on transaction scheme using Repository and UnitOfWork model. In the server and the client use MVC mode and use unit testing instead of manual testing, and finally realize the system automation deployment using scripts.
