Design And Implementation Of Massive Internet User Behaviors Analysis System Based On Carrier Network Data

During Mobile Internet era, lacking of Internet operation experiences and terminal control, poor service innovation and standard developing capabilities, together with low management and operation efficiency have become main restrictive elements of sales and profit promotion of Telecom Carriers. Facing the huge data challenge brought by Mobile Internet, “Traffic Operation”, “De Telecommunication” etc. are opening the door of transformation for carriers. Therefore, the path of transformation of carrier should focus on massive data mining and analysis.Telecom carriers take possession of huge infrastructure networks, which are most data transmission and switch center. Meanwhile, there is massive valuable data generating from network channel, service platform and supporting system of carriers, which is much more than the data from the common Internet companies. The data also has a higher quality and is much more diversified. Huge business profit will be generated as long as the data of carrier coule be applied accurately.The paper firstly analysis currunt network monitoring and data collecting methods based on Probe techniques together with data analysis, identification, flow cleaning and statistics based on Hadoop. The Design and Implementation of Massive Internet User Behaviors Analysis System based on Carrier Network Data designed by author is dedicatedly based on the huge network and subscriber resources of Telecom Carriers. Through service identification, DPI technology, content aware, model matching etc. the system comprehensively extracts user information including access terminal information, Internet behavior preferences etc. “Family Portrait” is also generated by system by behavior mining and modeling, which offering accurate marketing support for Telecom Carriers.The author is very experienced on the internet and telecom network, has good understanding and knowledge of it. A lot of research have been done by the author on telecom networks. In this paper, the author focus on data collection technologies, massive data analysis and storage including the shortages and advantages, and provides a splendid solution of user behavior analysis and network service system. Meanwhile, the author combines practical experience and existing networks cases, designs the “Family Portrait” system to support the carrier application and marketing demands. The designing of this paper reasonable, has a clear structure and could be applied to other applications of Internet, which would generate great profit.
