Accompanied with the development of science researches, user requires the information management system to provide the services with higher quality. A good information management system can help user quickly and precisely obtain required information. Most Internet data are unstructured, e.g., scientific papers. Analyzing and processing the data become a significant issue while building scientific literature information system. Previous scientific literature information systems provide some basic management functions without analyzing and processing the unstructured content. On the other hand, previous scientific literature information systems do not focus on a specific scientist which make user hard to understand the ideas of a specific scientist. It also limits the spread of the research works of scientists. Therefore, this paper designs an intelligent scientific literature information system that can process unstructured content data. The system can satisfy the requirements on the content of scientific papers and improve the efficiency and experience of information retrieval.The paper contains the following works.(1)Based on the analysis on the methods of Watson dealing with the unstructured data, this paper designs a scientific literature information system. The system contains multiple levels which are basic data level, API level, application level and view level. The application level contains a series of real applications that reflect the intelligence of the system. The basic data level and the API level support the application level. A group of APIs are provided by the API level. And the view level shows the required information according to different applications.(2) This paper implements the scientific literature information system. This paper applies the system on a specific application which is the single text summarization, and then describes how the API level and the basic date level support the application.(3) This papers uses the frame of JSP + Spring MVC + MyBatis+ MySQL to implement some webpages in the system.
