Most of the time in the student’s academic careers in a sitting position state, when the body posture for a long time, especially also in the phase of growth and development of middle and primary school students, due to the large local compression force imbalance, or may cause sitting sores or lumbar disease such as kyphosis, spinal injury, stunted growth, etc. Body posture recognition system is an effective tool to prevent the disease, but the current domestic measurement of pressure distribution is mainly concentrated on the plantar pressure measurement, in the sitting position with less pressure distribution measurement on the present study.Posture recognition system based on pressure sensor refers to when people sat on the seat, the seat of the human body each pressure size and its distribution state. When measuring people sit the parts especially the stress of the joints, it is very necessary. Is closely related to human body pressure distribution and the position and posture recognition system can measure the pressure distribution of human body, analyze the sitting posture. The system can guide people to the right posture, help people prevent diseases arising from improperly seated.Posture recognition system is mainly composed of four major components:the pressure sensor array, amplification, conditioning and conversion circuit, signal acquisition and interface circuit of the core controller and display circuit. Pressure sensor array using pressure sensor is one division. Signal acquisition part of the A/D conversion chip selection is HX71124 bits A/D converter. System adopts RS232 serial port serial communication with PC’s serial port. Core controller and display circuit including pressure data acquisition, real-time data display and analysis of two content, for each frame voltage data collected, analyze each percentage pressure sensing point to human body, to judge the body posture pressure distribution.Finally, the application example of this system for different normal sitting position test, the system can be the posture of human body, carries on the simple discriminant test results contrast effect is obvious and reasonable. Analysis and the experimental results show that:in this paper the sitting posture of pressure distribution measurement system design scheme is feasible, and can realize the human body and the seat of the pressure distribution between dynamic and real-time measurement, as the subject of further study and follow-up product development laid the foundation.
