With the continuous progress of the information age, people’s dependence on information technology gradually become larger. the personalized needs of tourists are also more.they are more likely to choose the scenic spots which has a better construction of informatization and can try to meet their personalized needs. Therefore, in order to increase the competitiveness of scenic spots, the construction of "wisdom scenic area" has become urgent. However, most of the scenic spots only focus on technological upgrading, while ignoring the individual needs of tourist. But in fact, scenic spots should also need to pay attention to strengthen the construction of this area. We can use spatial data mining to achieve this goal. Due to the development of spatial data collection and management technology, we can easily obtain the spatial data of the tourists in the area and store these data in spatial database. Then, with the help of appropriate spatial mining algorithm, we analysis these data to find out some information of the tourist’s preference. At last, we apply these information in the construction of "wisdom scenic area",on the basis of existing theory and work, This paper uses spatial data mining to the construct the "wisdom scenic area", and researches the whole process and methods of managing and analyzing the spatial data of the tourist. and has carried out the following work:(1) First, reading the relevant literature, to study theoretical knowledge about spatial data mining, and determine the spatial data mining methods.(2) Collecting spatial data of the scenic area, Establishing the spatial database after processing these data and publishing the map to the server.(3) Combined with the existing spatial data mining algorithms and related research, to confirm the method of spatial clustering as the method of spatial data mining used in wisdom scenic area of this paper. Then through the experimental comparison of K-means algorithm and DBSCAN algorithm, choosing DBSCAN algorithm which has better clustering results to analyze and determine the hot spots.(4) After the hot area scenic area was determined by the DBSCAN algorithm, we use this information to classify the spots which are on the list and sorting them according to the heat at first. Then, to carry out a route analysis based on these hotspots and to provide visitors with the shortest path through these spots. Finally using the Eclipse development platform、Android SDK and ArcGIS Runtime SDK for Android to develop the "tianyahaijiao" App which is used on the Android phone. On this basis, the App we developed will be able to consider tourists’ experience more and provide more personalized service for tourists.Due to the limited knowledge, the work of this paper may not be perfect, but it has provided a good idea for future research and the development of wisdom scenic area.
