Component Object Model is a binary code shared method which crosses through application and language. COM provides a new technology code for application development based on Windows, which can realize the development cross through language and platform.Under COM structure, we can develop components which realize variant functions, then combine them to construct a complicated application system by some standard or demand. We can not only replace the component in the system with new component in order to update the component with time, but also can reuse one same component in different application systems, which can avoid the repeatedly development of the component. What’s more, it is also convenient to spread the application system to the Internet environment, making it comfortable for programmers to write component modules by using the development language they are good at.The GUI interface function Matlab provides sets an foundation for us to design an HMI, the Simulink module can simplifies the setting up of the control system. Then realizes the simulation and optimization of the control system. Moreover, the MFC function based on Visual C plus plus can also design an good HMI, provides an superior platform for designing custom. This paper mainly bases on COM technology to complete the designation of a optimal server which realizes the Simplex optimal algorithm, at the same time, design two different custom under different platform(Matalb custom and VC custom). Calling the pre-designed COM server to realize the optimal test of the different control system.
