The User Based On The Design And Implementation Of The On-line Question-answering System

With the continuous development of the Internet and prosperity, the information began to show explosive growth, the Internet information increases continuously. With the continuous explosion of information increases, how to solve the link between the users and the information become more and more fire IT projects. Search engines and recommendation systems are all very good application in information overload under the Internet environment, all the big Internet companies and application through the recommendation system will be relevant to the user’s information to the user or the user interest information push. Search engine is by matching the user search full-text search keywords according to certain algorithm scores ranking, high grade and will be pushed to users at the front of information. Internet development, based on the user to answer the community will rise, the personalized service and community service will answer to provide users with more high-quality service, how to improve the efficiency and quality of the whole system to solve the problem become the online FAQ service urgently needs to solve the problem.This paper mainly studies online FAQ system solve the problem of personalized user collaboration solutions, through the personalized collaborative network can improve the problem solving efficiency and quality of the whole platform, improve the quality of the online FAQ community of users and answering questions. This article first to the on-line question-answering system expatiates on the background and significance of the topic, the detailed analysis of the current research situation at home and abroad. Then detailed research and analysis of related technology, these techniques mainly include the user interest modeling theory, Chinese word segmentation technology and full text search engine technology. Then launched a detailed requirement analysis of system, analysis from multiple aspects, and has carried on the function modules of the system. Secondly on the basis of requirement analysis to system design, system mainly from three aspects: system architecture, function module and database design. Finally, the system implementation, online FAQ system USES Java language development, in the Eclipse development platform, the full text search engine adopted the Solr search engine, Chinese word segmentation is selected based on the mmseg algorithm Jcseg points, through the TF- IDF the establishment of the feature vector for the user to browse content, and analysis of user browsing behavior, based on the user interest model. On the online FAQ system implementation, the five modules of them respectively: search module, user interest analysis module, user personalization problem management module, query management module and the backstage management module.
