With the development and popularization of smart phones, people’s consumption customs have been changed. The application software of phone have been enriched, meanwhile, the mobile payment of E-commerce is applied successfully in mobile internet. In the internet period, the newly developing mobile payment shows enormous potentials and promotes new form of socioeconomics. It becomes nationwide. As the E-commerce trading form, the mobile payment represents the development trend of future payment and plays positive role in economic development.The internet magnate both at home and abroad focus on the mobile payment so the mobile payment competition is fierce as Red Ocean. The safety problems arisen with increasing frequency sound the alarm for people. The existing secure protocols for online payment don’t suit the mobile payment because of wide mobile range of mobile facilities and limitation of wireless internet resources. As the result the secure protocol of mobile payment agreed with internet characteristics and customer’s needs has the great significance.At startup of online electronic commerce, the needs of mobile shopping and mobile commerce were not taken into account. As the specific secure protocol for fixed internet is applied mechanically to internet secure protocol, the mobile payment system cannot work properly.After detailed analyses of needs and development bottleneck of mobile payment and customers’demands, this thesis reaches a conclusion that identity-based cryptosystem has its great advantage. Real name registration system is put into force and each phone number shall be registered by one identity certification. As the implement of real name registration system, the advantages of identity-based cryptosystem are enhanced and it is needed to be researched urgently. On the basis of mobile payment mode and taking the promotion of user experience as design target, this thesis puts forward a secure payment protocol which is realized through identity-based cryptosystem and analyses its communication costs and operation efficiency. The frequency of password operation during the protocol process is reduced so the data usage and communication costs are reduced. It has great significance. The demands of customers and merchants can be satisfied at the same time and the equality between two participants of mobile payment guaranteed.
