Recent years, in order to alleviate the energy crisis, reduce the pollution and improve the environment, power generation enterprises pay great attention to the cost of environmental pollution as well as energy efficiency. The power system also pays great attention to the development and utilization of clean energy. The proportion of wind power grows sharply except the traditional hydropower. It has become a hot topic, about the dispatch of power system, to coordinate the wind power and other new energy with traditional energy sources. Considering the characteristics of wind, hydro and thermal power, a multi-objectively optimal dispatch model has been established for wind-hydro-thermal power system, aiming at giving priority in use of clean energy, reducing operation cost and power output volatility of thermal generators. This model aims to solve a nonlinear, multi-dimensional, discontinuous problem with many constraints. The algorithm Symbiotic Organisms Search (SOS), simulating the symbiotic interaction strategies, is proposed in this paper to solve the multi-objective optimization problem. The modified IEEE 24 node test system was used to verify the feasibility and rationality of the proposed model and algorithm. And this paper provides a new strategy about optimal dispatch of wind-hydro-thermal power system.There are some problems in the process of generation of coal-fired power plant, for example, the combustion of fuel in the boiler is not imperfect, the conversion efficiency of energy is low, the proportion of noxious gas of exhaust pollutants is high. The control system of natural circulation boiler is a multi-various and nonlinear system, so the design of control system of it is not suitable for engineering application. After analyzing the requirements of control for natural circulation boiler, a semi physical simulation platform for control system of it is designed, which is based on the fail-safe control system of Siemens. It can increase the effectiveness and portability of the model design in the control system of natural circulation boiler, such as control policies, logical control and safety chains control. The simulation results indicate that it is helpful for engineer to verify logical control and control policies before applied in actual system.
