At present, our country is speeding up the development of urbanization, and urban traffic is growing up with it. This for blind people, their daily travel will encounter many difficulties. Now, designed for the blind seeing-eye equipment in our country, from a single cane to the application of the navigation equipment of all kinds of electronic technology, yet can not completely solve the problem of the blind travel difficult, and now I have design is a useful adjunct blind safe walking, integrated navigation, obstacle avoidance functions and voice recognition functions in one smart blind navigator, to be able to provide them with more comprehensive, easier to operate, more humane intelligent devices, especially when they need to travel long distances or in an unfamiliar environment, this blind navigator can show its importance and usefulness. Thus, design of this intelligent navigator is very urgent and necessary.The design of intelligent navigation of the blind of this topic is mainly by the Android operating system transplant on electronic map, GPS positioning module, ultrasonic ranging module and speech module, etc.Electronic map is mainly by baidu map LBS platform, open source code, using existing baidu map for secondary development, and then transplanted to the android operating system, mainly realize the blind walk path planning.The real-time positioning of GPS module is using global positioning satellite, mainly including receiving module and data parsing module, realizes the real-time positioning in the process of the blind to walk.Obstacle obstacle avoidance function is using ultrasonic ranging module to detect the position information of obstacles, measuring the distance between the blind and the obstacles, again by voice warning module, prompt the user to give way, to protect the safety of the blind man walking problem. In actual walk, through the use of the equipment, the blind can be safe and convenient for the preset destination, effectively improve the quality of the outdoor walk.This topic design the navigator has not only the current navigation equipment have generally the function of the sensor, and also the function of voice recognition and voice navigation, navigation device is specially designed for the blind, it can meet the demand of travel for the blind, can very good refers to clear the way for blind people, to provide convenient, also more close to the life of the blind.Therefore, the study of this subject is very profound significance.
