During last 20 years, with the development of ultrashort laser technology, laser power, strength, quality and so on have been greatly improved, which makes laser plasma physics research into the theory of relativity even stronger relativistic laser physics. In the strong field research of laser physics, laser-driven particle acceleration is an extremely important research direction. In recent years, with the development of all kinds of acceleration mechanisms, it has shown to people the possibility of obtaining high quality and high-power electron beams. Laser accelerated electrons are usually used in underdense plasma, which is not limited to the ionization and breakdown of RF cavity materials, and the acceleration gradient is large, also can be used on a small desktop. With the research progress on generation and acceleration of the high-energy particles driven by intense laser pulses, the development of the new accelerator technology will bring revolutionary change of scientific research and also play a decisive role in the development of national economy.In this paper, we use one-dimensional PIC(Particle-In-Cell) program MLPIC++ to stimulate the process of the interaction between chirped laser pule and plasma to accelerate the electrons. By studying the fluence of the linear chirped pulse parameters on the result of acceleration, the results show that under the condition of suitable chirped pulse parameters can effectively accelerate electrons in the plasma and obtain high quality electron beams. In addition, in this article, we also stimulate the interaction between two beams of the chirped pulse laser and plasma, by changing the waveform, the polarization and intensity of laser beam, we research the influence of laser parameters on the laser plasma electron acceleration. Through the simulation, it is found that when the appropriate laser pulse parameters are chosed(especially the relative intensity between the two laser pulses) can effectively accelerate to attain the quality of electron beam.Through the simulation research of this article, high-density and monoenergetic electron beams with small transverse emittances can be obtained. A group of optimal experiment scheme is discovered, which provides a certain reference for the experimental study of the laser plasma electron acceleration.
