In today’s Internet era, the market environment where the enterprise is becoming increasingly complex.In the environment of the enterprise, it is very important to the external network. Consumers, as part of the network, is the main resource for enterprises to obtain.In the traditional study, consumers are regarded as independent individuals, and the interaction between consumers and consumers is usually ignored.Therefore, based on the perspective of social relationship network, this paper discusses the problems of consumer individual decision-making behavior, information dissemination and the interaction between consumers.This paper analyzes the consumer individual decision-making process, establishes the information diffusion model, quantifies the process and characteristics of consumer interaction, and establishes the simulation model of multi subject consumer purchasing decision.The research of this paper will help to understand the consumer individual decision-making and interactive behavior, and provide some exploratory results for the analysis of consumer behavior and the prediction of the trend of consumer behavior.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Based on the social network theory, this paper explores how consumers’ decision behavior is influenced by social influence.(2)Multi agent modeling method is introduced to build a multi agent simulation model of consumer purchase decision from the point of view of reusability and extensibility.
