The subject of blind source separation (BSS) has been a hot topic in the study of signal processing. It has very important meaning in real life. At the same time, it is a very big challenge for scholars and experts. Blind source separation is not aware of the information about transport channel and the source signal, and just know that the part of characteristics of the input signal and the received mixed signals to derive source signal by the separation of mixed-signal. Blind Source Separation is used to overdetermined models that the number of the sensor not less than the number of signal (m≥ n), often using independent component analysis (ICA) algorithm, which has a very obvious separation. However, the reality is more complex, the overdetermined conditions in practice difficult to meet, so people began to study underdetermined (m< n) model. Because underdetermined problem was raised relatively late so its research is continued depth.This paper discusses several models of blind source separation and the algorithms of overdetermined, definite and underdetermined to acquire simulation studies and obtain the desired results. While the underdetermined problem base on the original sparse component analysis, to improve the original algorithm, so underdetermined model acquires more perfect separation, and gives the analysis comparative of original signal and numerical estimation signal, to give people more intuitive feel.The main technical fifth-generation communication systems are full-duplex communication. It can send and receive wireless data at the same time and the same frequency, so that it can solve the problem of the shortage of spectrum growing, at the same time greatly increasing the capacity of wireless communications. One of the difficulties to achieve full-duplex communication system is that the self-interference signal’s resistance of digital domain and analog domain in the system. For self-interference problems of full-duplex communication, this article describes several methods solve this problem now, and on this basis blind source separation algorithm is applied to solve the problem of the self-interference to raise a fast independent component analysis algorithm of joint channel estimation self-interference cancellation scheme. It is effective separation from signal interference separation.
