And provide new management tools for business managers.In this paper, we consider the actual needs of the company and make a detailed demand analysis of the system. Based on that, we make a system design and detailed design. After the program is completed, we organize related personnel to test. The system adopts B/S structure, using Unified Modeling Language(UML) as the analysis and design description language and python as programming language to finish the operation such as data display and interaction and so on.This paper shows the front-end display and back-end management to describe the system. Front-end display section contains nine modules including news, party building, personnel support, IT support, administrative support, library, user center, Fun Bar BBS, and Camel Train. At the same time, it also integrates booking meeting rooms, equipment warranty, application training and other aspects of the approval process. Back-end management section contains three modules including IT management, personnel management and party building management mainly for the management of contained branches and articles. Also, it includes database management, employee information maintenance and API authority approvals.In this paper, in addition to perfect the system of information management functions, to establish a set of simple and convenient operation, the backyard system adopts advanced design concepts and development technology on the system design and development. It uses Ajax, jinja2, https encryption protocols and other programming techniques. Also, it uses MYSQL and postgresql for the data storage. These all fully reflect the concepts of system in this paper, which are hierarchical, modular, agile and persistence and provide the solutions of the development, deployment and construction of large inner application system.Since the multi-user system has a wide coverage, before the system is formally launched, we organized a comprehensive test in technical department, testing department and personnel department for the specific operational friendliness, data processing speed and compatibility and improved the system based on user’s feedback.
