Water quality testing is the part of electricity, metallurgy, petrochemical and other industries indispensable. The silicic acid ion, chlorine ion detection is an important part of water quality testing, the content of thermal power plants exceeded silicate can cause salt accumulation in the boiler superheater and turbine blade fouling, water vapor cycle system is likely to cause high concentration of chlorine ion exchange salt accumulation heat equipment, scaling and corrosion,the entire production system causing serious harm. Therefore, water quality monitoring and analysis of silicate ions, chloride ion concentration is important for water quality protection and control equipment.This paper multi-parameter water quality quickly, easily and accurately detect needs, we developed a multi-parameter water quality concentration automatic online detection device. This means LabVIEW software development platform, based on the color change measured ion reacts with other agents, the use of image technology to collect colored solution and its image data processing and analysis. The hardware of the device consists of a computer system, smart cameras, relay output module, shadowless light regulator, constant pressure pump, solenoid valves and other components, and through LabVIEW software control of each reagent dosage.The device of silicate ions were detected research, collecting colored solution image for relevance, the linear concentration range of colored and the image color characteristic value between 0-3.2mg / L concentration range selector G value as the best color characteristic value,the standard curve. The apparatus for detecting chlorine ion research, based on the color value curve inflection choose G value as the color characteristic value of research, and the establishment of an inflection point in the volume of silver nitrate and chloride ion concentration mathematical model, having high accuracy. Conducted silicate ions, chlorine ions detected reproducibility, small relative error. Which shows that the analysis method and apparatus having a good stability, can meet the needs of water quality parameters analysis.
