With the modern information technology that represented by the Internet communication prosperously developing and popularization, human information security problem has become the focus in digital age.As a very effective to protect the safety of information technology, digital watermarking has been a research object of the researchers. Security, robustness and imperceptibility is necessary to digital watermarking.Those characteristics and embedded policy leads to the contradiction between the imperceptibility and robustness, so how to balance has become research hotspot.Now, researchers have applied genetic algorithm, ant colony algorithm, particle swarm optimization algorithm and many kinds of intelligent algorithm to watermarking technology and achieved well. The text based on particle swarm optimization algorithm which is easy to fall into local optimum, poor global search ability, premature convergence problem of poor and diversity and built probability model of distributed estimation algorithm into the particle swarm algorithm.Last it has proposed the particle swarm optimization algorithm combination with the distribution of superior quality particles. This algorithm breaks through the particle to its historical limitations of optimal and group optimal learning and makes the particles have a more comprehensive learning ability.In order to better balance the image imperceptibility and robustness of the watermark, the test put forward scheme with optimization algorithm to balance the two characteristics. First of all, it use visual perception model to find the location of the largest visual perception threshold in double transform domain, namely the best embedding location. Secondly, it use the fusion quality particle distribution search algorithms to optimize the embedding watermark strength of each discrete cosine transform piece. Finally, according to the characteristics to define a new fitness function as comprehensive evaluation standard, the scheme ensure the best balance on the basis of meeting imperceptibility capacity to enhance its robustness.
