With the development of laser theory, a series of subjects that are supported by the physics of the interaction between laser and materials are derived. Because the effect of laser on target will makes the target surface to produce a series of physical and chemical changes, and the properties of the target material change, even made a series of damage occurred. In this series of changes, the first is the melting of the material temperature, and then gasification to form a plasma, the plasma continues to absorb the laser energy to form a laser support the detonation wave. Therefore, this series of changes have a direct or indirect relationship with the laser supported detonation wave. So, it is necessary to study the influence of the laser supported detonation wave and the analysis of the laser parameters.In this paper, Nanosecond pulse laser is used to irradiate the aluminum plate, the whole process of the laser supported detonation wave formation from the initiation of detonation wave is presented. and in the process also careful description of the material to the laser absorption process. The basic theory of the laser supported detonation wave is analyzed, and the theoretical model of the short pulse laser supported detonation wave is established, and the control equation of the plasma is obtained by the model.According to the process of the whole laser supporting detonation wave, the C-J model was used to analyze the initial state of the plasma, and a series of parameters of the plasma during the initiation stage were determined. Compared to the same power density under the condition of single pulse laser of NS and NS laser multi pulse, multi pulse under the condition of target impulse accumulated large, resulting in the damage mechanics effect to be more obvious, and the optimal pulse interval is related to the pulse width, the light intensity, the target material and so on.
