Aimed at solving the problem of fitness in Chengdu, based on Android platform, combined with the MySQL database, Spatio-Temporal interpolation technology and the geographic information service API (Application Programming Interface) provided by Map World, this paper proposed and realized a fitness system named "Fitness Keeper" of Chengdu. Some basic functions were included in the system, such as releasing fitness facility information, querying of facilities, mobile positioning and route querying. Besides, some special functions were also covered, like fitness planning, track recording, fitness sharing and pushing. Specially, the system designed and completed the real-time PM2.5 index querying function for any position within the scope of the experimental area by using the Map World API and taking advantage of Improved Spatio-Temporal interpolation algorithm based on time series. The experimental results show that the fitness system can run normally on mobile devices based on the Android system, and can help to improve the quality of fitness. The following work has been carried out:(1) Fitness system named "Fitness Keeper" was designed and developed based on Map World platform. Functions of releasing fitness facility information, querying of facilities, mobile positioning and route querying, fitness planning, track recording, fitness sharing, pushing and real-time PM2.5 querying were covered.(2) Improved Spatio-Temporal interpolation algorithm. For the monitoring data obtained by the environmental monitoring sites in Chengdu and its surrounding four cities, the correlation between PM2.5 and major air pollutants and self-correlation of PM2.5 were analyzed in this paper, and time series data steadily was joined in the Spatio-Temporal interpolation algorithm, it can not only repair the lack of historical data, but also forecast real-time PM2.5 data。(3) Application of the improved Spatio-Temporal interpolation algorithm. Function of realize real-time PM2.5 index querying was designed and completed based on the fitness system.The experiment showed that the improved Spatio-Temporal interpolation algorithm can acquire a better accuracy than the traditional when repairing the lack of historical data; and the reliability of forecast result is higher than single time interpolation and spatial interpolation; "Fitness Keeper" is hope to be helpful to meet the requirements of fitness enthusiasts in Chengdu.It is noteworthy that, whether PM2.5 will harm outdoor sports has not been the unanimous conclusion of the scientific community. But PM2.5 is dynamic information related to spatial position. Work of this paper can be considered to carry out active exploration for Map World and its rich spatial information content. It can be expected that results of this paper may provide technical support for further research of the relationship between PM2.5 and safety of outdoor sports, and also provide technical reference for the similar development.
