This enterprise multimedia gateway is based on the 4G-LTE network, integrated with enterprises router, voice and video service. To optimize service process and user perceptions, we design one sort of App software for mobile phone to enhance service process, The project decreased the enterprise service cost, improved enterprises efficiency, standard service management.The main research works of this paper are as follows:(1)How to ensure the QoS of real time services based on AAC protocol;The gateway integrated AAC protocol works with the core network AAC servers is able to monitor the flows of services of gateway and request or terminate special connections for the corresponding real-time services.Through detailed analysis and discussion, putting forward a set of monitoring scheme based on AAC protocol, as well as the solution to the problem in abnormal conditions.(2) Simplify the register process with QQ authentication API.To optimize the register process of gateway, we design an app client of mobile phone and services on Internet, which could bind the gateway’s serial number with QQ account. The binding process works when the user login first time, which is helpful to the scale development of gateway.By studying the failure problems of QQ authentication and SN bindings, the core value of user experience is highly promoted.
